Acooba Scott's training in education, love for cooking and passion for vegan living have shaped her into a phenomenal resource for supporting and sustaining vegan and plant-based lifestyles.

An accomplished vegan chef, wife, and mother of four, Acooba earned her Doctorate in Education from UCLA in 2002. She is the founder and Executive Director of Acooba's Kitchen; which provides cooking, nutrition, and parenting workshops and presentations throughout the Los Angeles Public Library system, at Farmer's Markets, and to private and public organizations, reaching thousands of children, young adults and parents.

Acooba's passion for veganism has led her to launch VeganWorkshops.com, offering live vegan cooking and lifestyle workshops to individuals, businesses, and organizations that want to learn more about vegan living. The workshops are designed to be interactive, fun, and educational and are suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Acooba is committed to making veganism accessible and sustainable for everyone, and her workshops are a great way to learn about healthy and delicious plant-based living.
